Refund Policy

At AgriTrack SA, we believe in being completely upfront about money. This Refund Policy explains exactly when you can and cannot get a refund. We've written it in plain language because that's the respect our customers deserve.

1. Once-Off Setup Fee (R1 500)

The R1 500 once-off setup fee covers the manual work of setting up your farm account, configuring your profile, and providing onboarding support. This fee is non-refundable once your account has been activated and your login details have been sent to you.

Exception: If you paid the setup fee but we have not yet activated your account (i.e., we have not sent you your login details), you are entitled to a full refund of the R1 500. Please contact us within 7 days of payment.

2. Monthly Subscription Fees

Monthly subscription fees (R299/month for Starter or R500/month for Farmer) are charged at the start of each billing month. These fees are non-refundable once the billing month has begun.

We will respond within 2 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute, please contact us directly before escalating to your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly.
