Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AgriTrack SA and constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Customer") and AgriTrack SA ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up for or using AgriTrack SA, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

AgriTrack SA provides a digital farm management platform for South African livestock farmers. The platform includes the following tools, depending on your subscription package:

• Feed Cost Tracker
• Treatment Log
• Feed Calculator
• Livestock Tracker

We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify features of the platform at any time. We will notify users of significant changes in advance where possible.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

AgriTrack SA operates on a subscription model. The following pricing applies:

• Starter Package: R1 500 once-off setup fee + R299 per month
• Farmer Package: R1 500 once-off setup fee + R500 per month

The once-off setup fee is charged at sign-up and covers account creation, profile configuration, and onboarding support. Monthly subscriptions begin after your account is activated. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment is due at the start of each billing month. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, access to your account may be suspended until payment is made.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing month. No partial refunds are given for unused days in a billing month. The once-off setup fee is non-refundable once your account has been activated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AgriTrack SA only for lawful purposes related to farm management. You must not:

• Share your account login with people outside your approved user list
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the platform
• Enter false or misleading information into the platform
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate farm management

5. Ownership of Your Data

All farm data you enter into AgriTrack SA (livestock records, treatment logs, feed data, etc.) belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over your data. You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting us. We will provide it in a readable format within 5 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

AgriTrack SA is a record-keeping and management tool. We are not responsible for any farming decisions, financial losses, animal health outcomes, or regulatory consequences that arise from your use of the platform. The platform provides estimates and tracking tools — it does not replace the advice of a qualified veterinarian, agricultural advisor, or accountant.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of AgriTrack SA is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep AgriTrack SA available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause downtime. We will notify users of planned maintenance where possible.

8. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay your subscription after a 14-day grace period, or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. In such cases, we will notify you by email or phone before taking action, except in cases of serious or fraudulent breach.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of AgriTrack SA will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Contact
